Pursuant to the requirements of Art. 18, para 3 and 4 of Regulation (EC) No. 715/2009 Bulgartransgaz EAD started consultations with the gas transmission network' users in terms of the relevant points on which the information must be made public, as laid down in item 3.3 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 715/2009 of November 10, 2010.

The list contains the entry and exit points to and from the national gas transmission network and the gas transmission network for transit transmission and has been prepared in accordance with the criteria and exceptions provided for in item 3.2. of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 715/2009 of November 10, 2010.
After approval of the relevant points by SEWRC, Bulgartransgaz EAD will publish on its web page and on ENTSOG's transparency platform information about these points related to the technical, contracted and available capacities, and the information required under item 3.3. of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 715/2009.
