Bulgartransgaz EAD has an investment proposal for the construction of sub-site: „Doubling of the gas pipeline between km 58+524 – km 58+842.54” to the site „Transmission gas pipeline high pressure and AGRS Silistra”. A detailed development plan has been issued and a procedure to evaluate the need of performing an environmental assessment has been carried out for the sub-site. By virtue of decision no.ЕО-4/2014 issued by the Ministry of Environment and Water it was decided that an environmental assessment of the plan shall not be performed and in connection with the obligations of Bulgartransgaz EAD in line with article 15, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Ordinance on the conditions and procedure of carrying out environmental assessment of plans and programmes, we inform you on the possibility to read the decision as issued by the Ministry of Environment and Water here.
